Our Women’s Muay Thai classes are open to all women, aged 15 and up—no experience is necessary. Whether you are stepping into a gym for the very first time or returning to training after a break, this class is designed to meet you where you are and help you grow stronger and more confident.

What to expect in class
Every high-energy session is built around a comprehensive structure:
- Group Warm-Up: Get the body ready for movement.
- Cardio & Conditioning: Boost stamina and burn fat.
- Technique Instruction: Learn authentic striking fundamentals.
- Partner Drills & Pad Work: Practice combinations and build skill.
You will leave feeling challenged and energized. As you build your foundation, you will move with greater confidence and control—and yes, you will definitely sweat!
